ECM 10th Anniversary Party – Nov 14
Yes, the Change-Makers have been stirring up trouble for 10 years now! And in that time, we’ve done lots of cool projects in Westchester and beyond.
Come celebrate ECM’s 10th anniversary, on Saturday Nov. 14. Enjoy wood-fired pizza at the Westchester Community Oven. Celebrate all the accomplishments through the years. Reminisce about past events, and look forward to fun projects yet to come!
Please bring:
- a potluck salad or entrée to share – show off your local ingredients cooking skills!
- or, bring pizza dough and toppings to share (see note below)
- please bring your own “mess kit” (plate, cup, utensils) for a zero waste event – the kitchen we usually use is closed for renovation.
We will provide birthday cake and beverages.
Bring a sweater, because the Oven is outdoors. If it is raining, the pizza portion will be canceled, but the party will continue indoors.
note about pizza: If you wish to try making a pizza in the Community Oven, you should bring pizza dough ready for toppings, and some of your favorite toppings/sauce. (here is Erik K’s recipe for an overnight sourdough pizza , plus there are plenty of others online) Please expect to share “tastes” of your pizza with others. We will provide the wood and tools for the oven fire.
